Senior Scrum Master

The Senior Scrum Master at Censis is a key role responsible for driving strong agile execution and delivery consistency across multiple development teams. This role provides full-time Scrum leadership to 2–3 agile teams, improving predictability, strengthening agile discipline, and enabling sustainable delivery. The Senior Scrum Master goes reputed company facilitating ceremonies by reputed company coaching teams, removing impediments, managing cross-team dependencies, and using data to guide reputed company improvement. This role also includes hands-on Jira administration to ensure delivery visibility, consistency, and tooling effectiveness.
