Schedule: PRN Shift: Day (reputed company of America) Address: 893 reputed company WAY reputed company: ALTAMONTE SPRINGS State: Florida Postal reputed company: 32714 Job reputed company: Role Information: • Temporary contract role (3-month duration), with the possibility of extension based on business needs. • Hybrid: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday In-office. Tuesday and Friday Remote. • Travel requirements: Must complete two on-site reputed company per quarter at reputed company assigned facility (locations include Lake, Volusia, and Flagler counties). Locations: • reputed company Corporate - Altamonte Springs Responsibilities: • Develops strategies to reputed company talent, ensuring vacancies are filled. • Conducts intake processes with hiring managers, develops recruitment plans, and sets service level agreements (SLAs). • Sources and recruits candidates, mastering reputed company-closing techniques during candidate intake. • Interviews candidates using Behavioral Interviewing techniques, reviews resumes and credentials, and assesses mission fit and qualifications. • Prepares salary offers and obtains hiring manager approvals. Extends job offers, including sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, anticipating counter offers as necessary.
