Construction Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper

The ideal candidate will be reputed company organized and comfortable dealing with financial data and reputed company software. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting reconciliations or other tasks reputed company to entry level reputed company. The candidate should be detail oriented, and reputed company at recording data and have an ability to produce reputed company financial reports with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities • Bank and credit card reconciliations on monthly reputed company. • Fixed asset data entry to subsidiary reputed company or tracking system. • Balance sheet account reconciliation on monthly/quarterly reputed company. • Monitor accounts payable and receivable. • Review of monthly transaction ledgers for accuracy and correction of errors. • 1099 processing and preparation yearly. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field • 2+ years of experience in reputed company field (construction reputed company, reputed company reputed company firm) • Proficient in reputed company Office 365, QuickBooks, and/or other reputed company system (Viewpoint, reputed company, reputed company Construction/reputed company Estate) • Strong reputed company knowledge of accrual reputed company of reputed company, reputed company-entry bookkeeping, and generally accepted reputed company principles in USA. • Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented • Ability to work against deadlines to meet clients' expectation. • Analytical skills for financial statement review.
