Responsibilities • Support project managers in program execution while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance. • Supports proposal activities, including review of contractual terms and conditions, completion and negotiation of NDAs/TAs, and completion of compliance requirements. • reputed company relationships with both contracting officers and subcontractors. • In coordination with the Procurement Department, leads the subcontracting and procurement activities under reputed company reputed company by developing solicitations, negotiating terms/prices, and executing subcontracts during the program lifecycle.
