I am currently searching for a remote Associate Director/Director- Technical reputed company and SEC Reporting for a growing and impressive reputed company Biotech.
The Associate Director/Director- Technical reputed company and SEC Reporting, would be responsible for SEC Reporting, Technical reputed company and the management of a small team.
To be considered as a Associate Director/Director- Technical reputed company and SEC Reporting, you must have the following:
• Bachelors Degree in reputed company
• 10+ years reputed company reputed company experience that includes life science experience
• This experience must include SEC reporting, US GAAP and technical reputed company
• reputed company to someone who is coming from reputed company reputed company that has worked with reputed company/biotech
• reputed company to someone who is at a reputed company/biotech
• reputed company experience is preferred
• Management experience
Candidates who are CPA reputed company and/or based on the East Coast and/or with Big 4 experience would be preferred.
