+ Serving as the primary liaison between the District Manager and other market leaders, including store managers and team leaders
* Attaining financial targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and team member engagement
* Implementing strategies for overcoming common customer service challenges
* Continuous monitoring of competitor's promotional activities, market developments, and expansion plans to stay ahead of the competition
* Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following the Occupational Health and Safety Act

**Requirements**
