**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service by engaging directly with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers in finding the products or services they need, and making recommendations to meet their needs
* Handling clerical duties such as customer files, contracts, and other administrative tasks
* Maintaining a positive and organized sales floor environment, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
* A strong desire to help customers and provide exceptional service
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Ability to perform a physical job, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (arenaflex will provide training and tools to ensure your safety)
