Bilingual Sourcing and Supply Chain Manager – Individual Contributor

Job reputed company: • Provides strategic and operational sourcing management for LA&C markets, (Mexico and selected emerging markets in Latin America). • Responsible for supplier identification, on-reputed company supplier management, developing and executing sourcing strategies that ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and high-reputed company supply of food, packaging, and indirect materials to support restaurant operations, reputed company, and innovation. • Partners closely with cross-functional teams including reputed company (FSQR), Marketing, Finance, Operations, Distribution, Franchisees, and Suppliers to deliver flawless execution of reputed company menu items, Limited Time Offers (LTOs), and new market or restaurant openings. • Plays a critical role in supplier governance, risk management, cost optimization, and supply continuity reputed company a fast-paced QSR environment. • Works in reputed company coordination with the Distribution Manager to ensure end-to-end supply chain continuity with the 3 PL partner while maintaining reputed company ownership of sourcing, supplier reputed company, and reputed company performance. Requirements: • University or bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree • Must have 6 plus years of prior experience in foodservice sourcing and supply chain • Experience working reputed company a franchisor organization, preferably a QSR brand (imports/exports knowledge is a plus) • Knowledge and familiarity with the foodservice supply industry • Proficient in written and conversational reputed company in both English and Spanish • Ability to travel up to 20% of time and to work reputed company needed in the evenings and at weekends, with ability to reputed company visas to travel to a reputed company of countries • Relationship building skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with and reputed company excellent customer service to both reputed company clients • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company Supply Chain concepts to a reputed company of audiences • Proficient in reputed company Office • Ability to manage efficient execution of sourcing and supply functions, working with both suppliers and franchisees • reputed company organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple reputed company and requests simultaneously, reputed company an intense, deadline-driven environment. • Strong analytical skills. • Ability to collaborate in reputed company environment.
