Our mission is to empower our customers to achieve their financial goals while fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As an ITM Customer Service Specialist III, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including telephone, email, online chats, and video teller assistance * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems related to their accounts, loans, and other banking services * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions * Processing telephone transfers, loan payments, and stop payments requests * Monitoring and responding to online chats and emails from customers * Maintaining knowledge of regulations governing banking transactions and services * Assisting customers with Internet Banking and Bill Pay, including resetting passcodes and guiding them through the website * Providing video teller assistance for ITMs and answering debit card inquiries * Cross-selling to existing and prospective customers, identifying sales referral opportunities, and participating in sales campaigns **Additional Responsibilities** * Maintaining accurate department records and staying up-to-date on all bank products and services * Participating in sales campaigns and identifying sales referral opportunities * Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school graduate or equivalent * Extensive knowledge of deposits, loans, and banking products and services, with a minimum of two years customer service experience or related experience * Financial Call Center experience is preferred but not required * Ability to work independently and perform repetitive tasks * Ability to work from home in a remote position and travel to the office for periodic meetings and training * Ability to sit for extended periods of time and multi-task * Good working knowledge of Microsoft 360 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) * Attention to detail, relationship-building skills, and flexibility * Good communication skills, both verbal and written * Demonstrated proficiency and commitment to excellence in performance of duties **Standards of Performance** As an ITM Customer Service Specialist III, you'll be expected to: * Report to work in a timely manner using a secure remote connection * Complete work accurately and efficiently * Avoid distractions and use the right technology and follow the "Work from Home" guidelines * Maintain a positive work environment with coworkers and customers * Conduct customer relations in a manner that enhances the overall marketing effort of arenaflex * Provide courteous and professional service to all customers * Meet technical requirements, including internet speed test (10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload, with a latency of 50ms or less) **Benefits and Perks** As an arenaflex employee, you'll enjoy: * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're passionate about customer service, banking, and technology, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we invite you to apply for the ITM Customer Service Specialist III position at arenaflex.
