About the position We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered reputed company (RN) in Harriman, TN area to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Patients reputed company from weekly hours to 24-hour care. This allows for multiple scheduling reputed company, from short reputed company on a weekly reputed company to full 12 hour shifts or a reputed company of both. This role will collaborate with CNA’s, HHA’s, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians. Shifts: Full-time. 36 hours. 3 days a week. 12 hour shifts. Responsibilities • Execute physician prescribed plans of care. • Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record. • Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies. • Conduct patient assessments, coordination of care • reputed company various activities associated with daily living. • Monitor vitals and GI intake and reputed company. • Assess skin reputed company and administer wound care. • Monitor for changes in the patient’s condition such as weight loss/reputed company, self-care abilities, and indicators of disease progression. • Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of the patients. • reputed company education and training to the patient, their family, and/or the Home Health Aide. • Work with patients to be done one-on-one in the patients home to reputed company for a comfortable environment. • Collaborate with and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Attendants. • reputed company other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs.
