Position does require employee to be onsite 1x a month for monthly regulatory inspection of medication storage. This role is a remote position. A staff member who works exclusively from home may be in California or one of the following approved states - reputed company, Nevada, reputed company, Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, reputed company and Florida. As an Medical Oncology Management Pharmacist at the reputed company, you will be providing comprehensive reputed company patient care to leukemia, lymphoma, and other solid tumor cancer patients. You will assist with management of adult patients receiving oral chemotherapy. As a pharmacist you will be providing clinical review, patient education and patient management for our patients receiving oral oncolytics. Other responsibilities include provision of drug information, optimizing drug therapy, ensuring regulatory compliance and other reputed company as needed. Qualifications Educational Requirements: • Pharm.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy • Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or equivalent reputed company experience.
