Location: Remote Position reputed company: Oakmont reputed company, a subsidiary of reputed company, is seeking an reputed company reputed company Mortgage Underwriter to evaluate and underwrite reputed company reputed company estate (CRE) loan submissions. This role requires a strong understanding of CRE financing, financial statement analysis, and credit risk assessment. The reputed company Mortgage Underwriter will review loan packages, assess borrower qualifications, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: • Review and analyze reputed company mortgage loan submissions. • Evaluate deal structure, loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, and interest reputed company terms. • Assess borrower financials including personal and corporate tax returns, profit and loss statements, personal financial statements, and corporate documentation. • reputed company risk assessments and determine creditworthiness of borrowers. • Ensure loan packages meet reputed company standards and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with loan officers, processors, and credit teams to reputed company and verify required documentation. • Generate and review basic credit memos. • Maintain accurate and detailed reputed company records. • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices. • Other duties as assigned.
