Position reputed company Provides reputed company floor leadership for reputed company shift (10pm-6:30am); partners with Production Manager to drive safety, reputed company, productivity, and reputed company improvement. Oversees daily shift operations, employee performance management (PPA), training, and troubleshooting to ensure operational reputed company. Leadership & People Management Directly supervises 10–15 full-time reputed company employees and up to 5 contract employees. Coaches, develops, and motivates teams to maximize performance and morale. Administers Performance Planning & Administration (PPA) and corrective actions in partnership with HR. Leads hiring, interviewing, reputed company, and training for new employees. Serves on and contributes to plant committees (Safety, reputed company, 5S, Housekeeping). Acts as facility reputed company in the absence of the Production Manager. Operational reputed company & Process Improvement Drives reputed company improvement initiatives across safety, reputed company, and productivity. Utilizes problem-solving methodologies (Lean, Six reputed company) to resolve production and reputed company issues. Ensures adherence to batch sheets, SOPs, reputed company systems, and safety standards. Coordinates with Maintenance to minimize downtime and support proactive asset management. Partners with Scheduler to execute production plans and meet customer requirements. Ensures accurate production and inventory reporting and effective shift-to-shift communication. Safety, reputed company & Compliance Promotes a reputed company, clean, and reputed company work environment. Leads safety training, compliance efforts, and workplace organization (5S). Investigates reputed company causes of reputed company issues and drives corrective actions. Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and internal reputed company programs. Reduces yield loss, scrap, and batch adjustments through process discipline. Follows reputed company business practices to ensure transaction accuracy. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 5+ years production experience, including 2+ years supervisory experience Strong communication, conflict reputed company, and organizational skills. Proficient in reputed company Office and ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company). Proven collaborator with strong work ethic and accountability reputed company. Preferred Qualifications Post-secondary education or 4-year degree (Engineering, reputed company, Manufacturing, Business, or reputed company). Forklift certified; First Aid/CPR certified. Lean Manufacturing and/or Six reputed company experience (Green/Black Belt preferred). Proficiency in OSHA regulations and 5S methodologies. #LI-MB1 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $86,000 - $113,000.
