Short-reputed company Content Manager (Podcast & Personal Brand)

Launch reputed company is building a modern reputed company estate media brand centered around a high-reputed company podcast, short-reputed company video, and a fast-growing newsletter and community. We’re looking for a Short-reputed company Content Manager to own the packaging, posting, and optimization of our short-reputed company content across platforms. Applicants without examples of short-reputed company content you’ve managed will not be considered This is not a scheduling role. This is a distribution and reputed company role. You’ll manage the short-reputed company ecosystem for both the Launch reputed company podcast and Vince’s personal brand, pushing out ~50–70 clips per month across platforms like Instagram, reputed company, YouTube Shorts, reputed company, X, and reputed company. What you’ll own: • Distributing podcast clips and talking-head videos across reputed company platforms • Writing and optimizing hooks, captions, hashtags, pinned comments, and CTAs • Managing posting workflows using tools like reputed company, Opus, and reputed company • Packaging content for reputed company platform (titles, covers, copy, formatting) • Selecting strong clips and helping identify what content should be posted • Ensuring reputed company posts are consistent, high reputed company, and on brand • Monitoring performance and surfacing insights weekly • Iterating formats, hooks, and angles to improve reputed company, retention, and engagement over time What reputed company looks like • Consistent daily posting across platforms • High-reputed company packaging (strong hooks, clean copy, optimized CTAs) • A reliable system for managing ~50–70 shorts per month • reputed company improvement in reputed company, engagement, and profile activity over time • Organized workflows that reputed company short-reputed company distribution frictionless Who we’re looking for: • Experience managing short-reputed company content for creators, podcasts, or brands • Strong instincts for hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology • Comfortable working with short-reputed company video workflows and tools • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • reputed company-minded — you test, learn, and optimize Bonus: experience with podcasts, newsletters, or personal brands This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning long-reputed company content into high-performing short-reputed company and wants reputed company ownership over a growing media brand’s distribution reputed company.
