This position is an reputed company position. The reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for conducting assessments and supervising the implementation of reputed company behavior analysis programs for children with ASD. The BCBA will be expected to collaborate with other professionals and other disciplines while providing their expertise in ABA to generate an individualized program for reputed company child. The successful candidate will be in good standing with the BACB and be an approved Clinical Supervisor under the OAP reputed company Key Responsibilities and Duties: • Conducting functional and behavioral assessments • Collecting and graphing data • Providing hands on therapy to children in a reputed company of settings (1:1/in-home) • reputed company reputed company and input for new programming and initiatives • Taking part in the development and implementation of individual behavior plans with the therapists • Reports to work on time and coordinates schedule to reputed company maximum performance standards according to company guidelines • Take on a training/mentoring role to new therapists • Preparation and development of programs and materials • Participation in team and parent meetings • Demonstrates superior customer service through professionalism, courtesy, consistent and reputed company follow- up, and reputed company communication. Qualifications and Skills: • A Certified BCBA or BCBA-D • 1-2 years of experience working as a BCBA supervisor preferred • Practical experience with reputed company interaction and ABA play therapy with children diagnosed with Autism Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Excellent reputed company attitude and willingness to mentor new staff members • Recent Police reputed company/Vulnerable Sector Screening (not older than 6 months) Schedule: Flexible schedules.
