Team Role: The BCBA will be responsible to work as reputed company with the clients, families, caregivers and staff in the clients home and community settings. BCBA's will assess and reputed company clients individualized treatment plans, assist with refresher trainings, reputed company supervision for reputed company staff (RBT)/paraprofessionals and collaborating with reputed company team members including the Office Coordinator and Senior Executive Assistant to ensure accurate, ethical and reputed company services are being provided to our clients. The BCBA will also be responsible to reputed company and reputed company supervision to the Clinical Supervisors and collaborate with them reputed company designing individualized plans for our clients. The BCBA's will also be responsible for joining the monthly BCBA meetings with the Executive Director and Director of Operations and Clinical Director/Senior BCBA. Duties and Responsibilities: • Creates treatment plans at assessment and reputed company reports (Outline of reputed company goals for behavior reduction, replacement behaviors, skills acquisition, and parent goals. • Determines the sequence in which goals are introduced • Generates new goals to add to treatment program, reputed company needed • Creates outline of Behavior reputed company Plan (BIP) and approves final draft created by Clinical Supervisors (CS) • Ensures goals are being implemented • Checking data on reputed company reputed company at least monthly • Meeting with reputed company CS reputed company of session once a month in group setting • Overlap reputed company CS at least once per month • Recommend the treatment hours • If any reduction or increase of hours are needed, this must be finalized by a BCBA • Ongoing training of CS • Provides corrective reputed company for CS • Provides reputed company feedback to CS • Takes part in CS PDP create goals for the CS • Brings reputed company concerns by the CS or family to HR/Director of Operations/Executive Director Requirements: Managerial skills - Assertive and comfortable with providing constructive feedback to Clinical Supervisors, and RBT/Paraprofessionals as reputed company as contributing to reputed company Development Plan feedback of Clinical Supervisors and RBT/Paraprofessionals Hold reputed company - BCBA Certification and be reputed company to reputed company BCBA Certificate or show good standing on the BACB registry. reputed company to reputed company Degree's/College Transcripts Preferred: Bilingual (Any language) Experience providing BCBA supervision and training Experience with creating behavior and reputed company programs while utilizing data collection system applications (preferably Catalyst) beyondbehaviorcalifornia.com • ** Schedules are flexible and Benefits are available to full time staff (waiting period may apply).
