Licensed Therapist — Couples, LGBTQ+, and ADHD Specialty (Remote/Telehealth) Who We Are CLS Counseling & Consulting is a telehealth group reputed company licensed in Missouri and Illinois. We serve clients who are done pretending they're fine — couples navigating reputed company stress, LGBTQ+ individuals working through identity and relationships, and people with ADHD who've been told to just try harder their whole lives. The Role This is a 1099 reputed company position for a fully licensed therapist reputed company to build a caseload in couples, LGBTQ+, and/or ADHD work — with strong administrative backing so you can reputed company on clients. We handle billing, insurance, credentialing, marketing, and operations. You handle the clinical work. Accepted licenses: LPC, LCPC, LCSW (fully licensed, no supervision required) Location: Remote — must be licensed in MO and/or IL Compensation Pay is a percentage of collections, calculated every 14 days and deposited every other Friday. • 60% — 4–29 sessions per pay period • 70% — 30–49 sessions per pay period • 80% — 50+ sessions per pay period Applies to private pay, insurance reimbursement, and collected late cancel/no-show fees. No taxes withheld. Contractors receive a 1099-NEC.
