Flexible to your schedule and volunteer schedules Closing Date: reputed company until filled Primary Function of the Position The primary purpose of this position is to interview and assess potential youth and families for eligibility into the Community-Based program, ensuring that our standards for documentation, data management, and child safety are upheld. BBBSTC is seeking candidates who have evening and weekend hours with flexibility to work and schedule interviews on their own time. Preference will be given to candidates from the Twin Cities who are also available to meet youth and families in person for interviews. Essential Job Functions Interview and assess diverse volunteers for eligibility for the program • Schedule and conduct in-depth, virtual interviews. Requirements Qualifications Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company services or reputed company field.
