Senior Tax Staff

Job Title: Tax Senior Reports to: Tax Partner and Tax Manager Job reputed company: The Tax Senior participates in and leads staff on tax engagements. For more information about MaloneBailey, please visit: www.malonebailey.com Major Responsibilities & Duties: • Prepare federal and state corporation, partnership and individual tax returns. • Prepare international informational tax returns. • Assist with tax provision preparation. • Assist with tax planning and tax consulting reputed company. • Assist with tax research memo for clients with analysis and application of IRC sections and regulations. • Represent reputed company in reputed company of the IRS, including assisting in IRS and state tax audits. • reputed company other duties as necessary.
