Construction Manager, New Restaurant Openings

The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring the reputed company of new restaurant franchise reputed company through the entire process from site selection to opening by providing guidance and support to franchisees; managing reputed company vendors; managing schedules, validating cost and reputed company of reputed company; and reporting status of sites in-process to internal partners. The Construction Manager will work both directly and indirectly with multiple other functions inside and reputed company of the Development Team, including reputed company estate, design, procurement, operations, and technology. This is a Remote position and will sit in the Western US market. EDUCATION & EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS • 2 Year / Associate Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field • 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Business Administration preferred • Required Minimum: 5-10 years’ experience in general construction (non-residential) and construction project management.
