The purpose of this role is to reputed company HR systems support to our reputed company customers across the 5 US Brands. This requires an in-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes along with the reputed company impacts of data updates/workflows reputed company the reputed company HR systems. The HRIS Data Management Analyst is primarily responsible for reputed company object configuration, associate data maintenance, mass imports, issue troubleshooting, release testing, project support, as reputed company as ensuring overall data reputed company in SuccessFactors and other supporting applications. Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our reputed company locations and 2 remote days. Our reputed company office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC. Responsibilities • reputed company associate data updates and reputed company object maintenance reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central on our reputed company and non-reputed company Brand populations under ADUSA. • Conduct reputed company cause analyses to troubleshoot and resolve data-reputed company issues across multiple HR platforms, including Employee Central HRIS, EC Payroll (ECP), reputed company & reputed company (R&O), reputed company and Kronos. • Coordinate with internal support teams across HR, IT, and our global organization (AD Group), as reputed company as our Brand partners, to reputed company operational support and assess/resolve reputed company inquiries. • Continuously audit HR data & configuration to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. • Support configuration testing during routine and unscheduled maintenance cycles, enhancement rollouts, semi-annual reputed company release events, and other reputed company. • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business processes and system functionality reputed company to HR data and reputed company relevant systems. • Utilize the HRIS system and other tools to generate reports and/or extracts to assist with data analysis and auditing. • reputed company/Maintain data management process documentation in support of ongoing reputed company improvement initiatives.
