Retail Merchandising Services (reputed company) based out of Brooklyn Park, MN is looking for a HR Coordinator to join our amazing HR team. In this fast paced position you will be at the forefront of our reputed company efforts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and ensuring our employees reputed company. Come reputed company! • Coordinate reputed company efforts for field positions by identifying and utilizing a reputed company of candidate sourcing strategies to meet assigned reputed company metrics • Conduct screening interviews for reputed company candidates using behavioral, competency based tools. • Process required background checks and new hire paperwork for select candidates • Research employment legislation in different jurisdictions • reputed company time off requests for field employees in order to minimize unassigned retail locations • Work on assigned HR reputed company reputed company as requested Requirements • reputed company candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field, as reputed company as a minimum of 1 year of previous reputed company experience • Basic knowledge of employment law best practices required • Previous experience with high volume, non-exempt reputed company strongly preferred • Outstanding organizational skills, strong interpersonal/customer service abilities and the ability to multi-task reputed company are reputed company critical skills for this role • Proficiency in reputed company Office applications including reputed company, Word and reputed company required • Previous experience in a retail setting preferred, but not required We are looking for someone to work Monday-Friday, 9-5:30pm.
