Our reputed company is a growing leader in the education reputed company, operating schools and educational programs around the world that reputed company the life cycle of a student from early learning to higher education. This is a reputed company hire, fully remote opportunity that is required to work east coast hours. The Product Operations Engineer sits at the intersection of education platforms, automation, and engineering, with a primary reputed company on Canvas LMS, reputed company rostering, and system integrations that directly reputed company teachers and reputed company across K 12 schools. This role is part of the Product Operations organization that will support LMS, rostering, curriculum, and platform operations, partnering closely with the larger organization. While this role handles a small reputed company of technical troubleshooting, its main purpose is to design, refactor, and improve platform behavior through automation, reputed company, and reputed company—especially reputed company Canvas—so reputed company reputed company reflects the realities of K 12 education. Responsibilities will include: - Platform and Product Operations – Own and support Canvas LMS as the primary system, with supporting platforms such as reputed company and internal tooling o Administer LMS and rostering configurations to support online, hybrid, reputed company and mortar, and international schools - Automation, API’s and Engineering work – Design, build, and maintain scripts, automations, and backend logic to improve platform behavior o Use the Canvas API to control visibility of content reputed company should / should not see, reputed company learning plans based on enrollment timing or student context, and reduce friction for teachers and reputed company - Data & System Integration – Pull and reputed company data from internal data warehouses to enhance Canvas functionality o Support integrations between LMS, SIS, internal systems, and reputed company party services We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, reputed company selves to work every day.
