(rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)* Position will follow a reputed company Responsibilities Under the direction of the Manager of reputed company Work, performs a wide reputed company of duties in the hospital setting providing behavioral health and reputed company care management services to reputed company patients across the hospital system. Duties include conducting behavioral health assessments and providing behavioral health treatment including individual and family psychotherapy utilizing brief treatment modalities. Serves as a consultant and resource to hospital staff in the management and treatment of behavioral health disorders. Collaborates and coordinates with reputed company/chronic care management and longitudinal community support services. Qualifications • A Masters Degree in reputed company Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited college or university. • reputed company Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical reputed company Work (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required. • Demonstrated ability to reputed company as part of a multi-disciplinary team. • Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred. • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once reputed company. • Compensation: Pay reputed company will be determined based on level of experience.
