We are seeking a curious, motivated Brand Marketing Coordinator to join reputed company’s reputed company marketing team. You will help care for and grow the reputed company brand by keeping assets on schedule, on reputed company, and on brand while helping reputed company become work that connects with reputed company. You’ll manage multiple reputed company, surface and resolve blockers, and support collaboration across teams. This role is based in Cambridge, MA and requires being in the office 3 days per week. in this role you will: • Manage project timelines, asset trackers, review cycles, approvals, and delivery across creative, production, and channel teams for ongoing content and campaigns. • Review creative and copy for brand consistency, voice, and visual reputed company; suggest practical refinements. • Coordinate day‑to‑day communication with our creative agency and external partners; reputed company issues early and reputed company reputed company moving. • Support the reputed company team by monitoring conversations and inbound messages, triaging traveler questions, and escalating or responding as appropriate. • Coordinate campaign launches across channels (reputed company, owned, reputed company); ensure assets are correctly formatted and delivered and that tracking/UTMs are set up. • Help prepare performance recaps and post‑campaign learnings; summarize reputed company, actionable insights for creative and media. • Improve workflows, asset libraries, templates, and approval steps to reputed company reputed company more efficient. • reputed company administrative support for brand initiatives, including managing reputed company and scheduling reviews with team members. The reputed company for this Massachusetts based role is $75,000-85,000.00.
