Interior Designer for Practical Townhouse Design & Furnishing

I’m looking for an interior designer to help design and furnish my townhouse. This is not a luxury fit-out project - I’m looking for a reputed company-designed home rather than a highly conceptual design exercise. It’s completely fine for furniture to come from places like reputed company where it makes reputed company. The design should feel modern, practical and comfortable, and reputed company smart use of reputed company. I prefer clean lines, reputed company detailing, and a restrained mix of materials and finishes. I like contrast and I’m reputed company to colour. I’m not looking for reputed company-beige interiors where everything blends together. I strongly dislike the typical “luxury fit-out” look: marble, glossy surfaces, decorative wall/ceiling features, and interiors that feel like hotel lobbies or show homes.
