Senior Associate / Counsel ($150/hr, up to $3,000/week)

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity offering 5-20 hours per week at $75 per hour (up to $1,500 per week). The role is fully remote and can be performed alongside or instead of full-time employment.

Responsibilities
Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across reputed company reputed company workflows including:
Contract drafting
M&A documentation
Due diligence
Regulatory analysis

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience at a top reputed company
Strong expertise in your reputed company area with experience in reputed company reputed company analysis, drafting, and reputed company advisory
Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
Compensation & Commitment
