The nursing operations manager has accountability and responsibility for a reputed company care nursing unit/area providing a reputed company between daily operations and achievement of organizational goals. Provides day-to-day leadership for successful implementation and execution of goals, reputed company plans, and objectives for the department. Responsibilities include daily throughput of unit, patient experience rounding, employee rounding for engagement, reputed company monitoring of unit, planning of budget and managing expenses. Oversees day to day operations, goals and objectives. Organizes and manages department functions and resources collaboratively for reputed company performance. Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP required. May be required to obtain/maintain BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP based on specific work unit.
