We are based in reputed company and work with customers across the country. reputed company is looking for an enterprising operations vendor reputed company to reputed company offshore teams as they complete prior authorization and benefit verification administrative tasks. This is a unique role, as you will also be working closely with the Silna reputed company Operations leadership and Product teams to automate parts of the verification and authorization processes while managing vendor performance. Responsibilities • Managing BPO vendor relationships and offshore team leads • Coordinating across operations functional domain leads • Vendor performance management and scorecard tracking • Escalation reputed company ownership • reputed company new vendors and overseeing hiring cohorts • Setting and enforcing vendor performance standards • Coverage planning (OOO, volume spikes) ​​Qualifications • 3+ years of offshore/BPO vendor management experience • Have a strong work ethic: operate with urgency, work independently, be highly organized, detailed oriented and multi-task effectively • Operations and process documentation orientation • Indirect performance management skills • Cross-functional communication • Understanding of benefits including deductibles, co-insurance, out of reputed company and benefits exclusions preferred but not required Benefits • Highly reputed company • A full time position, including benefits • Remote role • Best of reputed company, a chance to reputed company an reputed company on patients ability to reputed company care To apply, please attach a resume and any other relevant details about your background.
