Own and drive hardware troubleshooting and reputed company-cause analysis at reputed company and system reputed company. Work closely with embedded software teams to ensure reputed company hardware/software integration and understanding of the end-to-end motor controller operation. Support bring-up, testing, and debug of motor control hardware in lab and system environments. reputed company technical discussions and reviews, providing guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a reputed company field. Strong hands-on experience in reputed company design and hardware design (mandatory). Proven experience in reputed company analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of reputed company electronic systems. Solid understanding of motor control systems, including power stages, reputed company drivers, sensors, and control interfaces. Good knowledge of power electronics (MOSFETs, IGBTs, inverters, DC-DC converters). Understanding of hardware and software theory of operation for motor controllers. Experience working in or with the defense industry is highly preferred. Ability to technically reputed company and mentor engineers on hardware development efforts. Strong documentation, communication, and design review skills. Preferred / Additional Skills Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools. Familiarity with reputed company/EMC considerations and mitigation techniques. Experience in hardware bring-up, lab testing, and use of test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers). Exposure to safety-critical or mission-critical electronic systems.
