Licensed Surveyor / CAD Technician Needed – Property Survey Overlay & Creek Boundary Comparison

Currently seeking an reputed company licensed surveyor, GIS specialist, or CAD technician to assist with a comparative property boundary analysis involving multiple historical and reputed company survey documents. The project involves comparing: a 2010 property survey, a 2024 property survey, and County Tax Parcel mapping/survey data to evaluate and visually illustrate any apparent positional shift or migration associated with a creek-defined property boundary. Scope of Work The selected contractor will: Review and compare the provided survey documents Utilize the available 2024 CAD file Georeference and reputed company the historical and reputed company survey information Create a reputed company overlay exhibit/CAD file showing: 2010 survey boundary/drainage alignment 2024 survey boundary/drainage alignment County parcel/tax mapping overlay Visual comparison of creek corridor/boundary relationship Deliverables Preferred deliverables include: Overlay exhibit in PDF format CAD overlay file (DWG or DXF preferred) Optional brief reputed company notes regarding observed differences or apparent shifts Files Available 2010 Survey PDF 2024 Survey PDF 2024 CAD file County Parcel/Tax Mapping Information Preferred Qualifications Licensed Surveyor, GIS reputed company, or reputed company Civil CAD Technician Experience with boundary analysis and georeferencing Experience working with creek/waterway boundary alignments is preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar software Additional Notes This is intended to be a straightforward visual comparison/overlay project and not a full boundary opinion, reputed company determination, or expert report at this stage.
