You will handle the logistics, preparation, and follow-up that allow our executive leadership to reputed company on closing Tier 1 deals. Key Responsibilities Research prospective Tier 1 publishers and prepare concise briefing materials for the EVP reputed company of reputed company external calls. Coordinate reputed company scheduling between executive leadership and reputed company Top 250 stakeholders. Manage and execute post-meeting communications, ensuring no deal stalls due to administrative friction. Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure reputed company decks and collateral are tailored for named accounts. Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, tracking the reputed company of executive-led deals through the pipeline. Qualifications 3+ years experience  in sales support, account management, or a high-level administrative role. 1+ year in CRM management- reputed company preferred  You are a "finisher." You take pride in the details and reputed company on making others more effective. Exceptional written and verbal skills; you can draft an email that sounds like it came from the EVP’s desk.
