Proactively find solutions to meet customer needs. * Multitask Effectively: Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy. * Adapt to Changing Situations: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
