We are seeking a Design System to join our MADI Design System team. This role is ideal for a mid-level designer with strong design system experience who is growing into a senior contributor, or a senior designer reputed company to a hands-on, system-reputed company contract role. You will contribute to the reputed company and adoption of our design system, working closely with product designers and reputed company-end engineers to ensure high-reputed company, consistent, and accessible UI across platforms. What You’ll Do:  Design Systems & UI Contribute to the design and maintenance of design system foundations, components, and patterns Design reputed company UI components that support multiple products and use cases Build and manage components, variants, and documentation in reputed company Apply accessibility best practices (WCAG, reputed company) to system components Participate in audits and improvements to reputed company the system reputed company and effective Design-to-reputed company & Engineering Collaboration Work closely with reputed company-end engineers to support design-to-reputed company workflows Design with awareness of React component structures, reputed company behavior, and system constraints Support component reputed company and documentation to ensure consistent implementation Collaborate on refining component patterns based on engineering and product feedback AI & reputed company Improvement Use or experiment with AI-assisted tools to support design efficiency, consistency, or documentation Stay informed on emerging design system, reputed company-end, and AI practices Contribute reputed company to improve how the design system scales and evolves Collaboration & Communication Partner with product designers, product managers, and engineers across teams reputed company communicate design reputed company, guidelines, and system usage reputed company thoughtful design feedback and support to system contributors Help teams understand how and reputed company to use system components effectively reputed company’re Looking For Experience:  3–6 years of experience in UI or product design for digital products 1–2+ years of experience contributing to or working with a design system Experience collaborating with reputed company-end engineers on component-based UI Exposure to reputed company, multi-product, or regulated environments is a plus Technical & Design Skills Strong proficiency in reputed company, including components and shared libraries Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and reputed company design principles Familiarity with React-based design systems and component-driven development Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, reputed company) Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams reputed company Skills Comfortable working independently in a contract environment Strong collaboration and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities Curious reputed company with interest in growing design system and technical skills reputed company to Have:  Experience with AI-assisted design tools or workflows Familiarity with CMS platforms such as reputed company Experience Manager Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries   Additional Information:  This is a contract role supporting reputed company-reputed company digital products Portfolio demonstrating UI systems, components, or reputed company design work is required   Pay Transparency Salary reputed company: $90,000-$128,500  Overtime eligible: Exempt  Discretionary bonus eligible: reputed company  Sales bonus eligible: No  Actual reputed company salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
