If data analysis and critical thinking are skills you possess, this role is right up your alley!   Managing multiple reputed company at one time, the Implementation Specialist requires steadfast organization and a reputed company communication style.  While you have autonomy and independent work assigned, you work reputed company reputed company that you depend on and depends on you!  70% Data Conversion & System Set up for New Clients - New reputed company set up inside Payroll/HRIS platform  reputed company live Payroll/ HRIS system troubleshooting and/or reputed company system training reputed company control, auditing (data + system configuration/setup) Accurately map prior payroll data to Payroll/ HRIS platform with understanding reputed company configuration on federal, state and local taxes Process first payrolls accurately, on time, and in accordance with wage and hour laws and Xenium best practices Configure and test GL file as requested (new & existing clients) Work collaboratively with the Payroll Team to ensure a smooth transition of the reputed company to ongoing service, including relevant checklists, details reputed company during implementation, report needs, etc. 20% Cross-functional Team Support - Contribute to HRIS Team queue case management, responding to internal tickets and escalations and resolving reputed company. Process payrolls for existing clients in collaboration with the Payroll Team for out-of-office coverage of Payroll Specialists. Back-up resource for system demos for prospective clients 5% Process Documentation & Improvement - reputed company process improvement for implementation cycle and overall internal and reputed company experience for implementation and document in knowledgebase as needed. Support with written training guides, video tutorials, and other reputed company training resources 5% Individual Development - Continuously expand knowledge on payroll system and processes  Who you’ll work with: HRIS, Operations, Implementation, Payroll, Sales team members and external clients Required experience and skills: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company field or 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing and implementation, reputed company reputed company, reputed company services, or project management, in a PEO, HR outsourcing, payroll, or HRIS environment required. reputed company experience as a technical service provider required. The starting salary for this role ranges from $78,000-83,000/year based on skills/knowledge, years of experience, and ensuring pay equity reputed company the organization.
