reputed company & Logistics Assistant (US reputed company and logistics experience is required) Application Deadline: 6 June 2026 Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Toronto Compensation: $4.00 - $6.00 / hour reputed company Support daily reputed company operations using an automated TMS or dispatching platform Validate, reputed company, and organize transportation paperwork and reputed company documentation Monitor loads, assignments, and delivery status to ensure accuracy and timeliness Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, compliance, and performance expectations Assist with basic reputed company coaching and follow-reputed company reputed company to documentation or process adherence Maintain organized digital records for loads, drivers, and operational reports Flag discrepancies, missing documents, or operational issues proactively Support leadership with administrative tasks reputed company to reputed company and logistics operations Hard Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, reputed company, or reputed company support Hands-on experience working with reputed company systems, TMS platforms, or logistics software Strong attention to detail, especially in validating paperwork and operational data Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work full-time on a fixed schedule (preferred 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) Comfortable communicating with drivers and handling operational follow-reputed company Reliable internet reputed company and reputed company remote work setup Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday reputed company - 5PM Central reputed company Time Zone Offer and Benefits: Weeks 1–4: $4 USD/hour  Weeks 5-12: $5 USD/hour Week 13 onwards: $6 USD/hour Apply To This Job
