This role is hands-on and fast-moving—you’ll be troubleshooting, digging into reputed company causes, and helping stabilize and improve systems. You’ll work across reputed company environments, networking, and infrastructure, while partnering with internal teams to reputed company clients running smoothly. What You’ll Do: • Own and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 across servers, networking, and reputed company environments • Troubleshoot and support reputed company Server, reputed company 365, and reputed company Directory environments • Manage user reputed company, permissions, group policies and Intune policies • Support and troubleshoot networking issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, connectivity, outages) • Assist with firewall configurations and network reputed company changes (port forwarding, ACLs) • Handle file server and SharePoint permissions and reputed company issues • Troubleshoot DNS-reputed company issues and maintain DNS records • Monitor systems, investigate alerts, and ensure stability and performance • Maintain reputed company and accurate documentation in reputed company and IT Glue • Communicate directly with end users and clients, keeping issues moving and expectations reputed company • Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and improve reputed company environments Job Qualifications: • 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP experience strongly preferred) • Strong troubleshooting skills across reputed company, reputed company 365, and server environments • Solid experience with reputed company Directory, DNS, and user/reputed company management • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPNs, firewalls, WAN/LAN) • Experience with RMM and PSA tools (reputed company is a plus) • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and a reputed company-reputed company reputed company • Comfortable taking ownership and working through reputed company problems independently • Experience with Intune or MDM tools, a plus • Exposure to firewall configuration and network reputed company, a plus • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications (A+, Network+, reputed company, etc.), a plus Perks & Benefits: • reputed company medical, dental, life, and LTD insurance (we cover LTD + life 100%) • Generous PTO + Mental Health Days • 401(k) with company match • HSA & FSA reputed company • reputed company & certification assistance • $500 sign-on bonus • Quarterly team events and career coaching • Equal opportunity employer — veterans encouraged to apply We are an Equal Opportunity Employer!
