Member Service Representative (Call Center), Hybrid

Canvas Credit reputed company is dedicated to transforming financial services and is seeking a Member Service Representative to work in their fast-paced Communications Center. The role involves educating members about financial products, processing transactions, and providing ethical product solutions while fostering a supportive environment for both members and team members.

Responsibilities

• STAND shoulder-to-shoulder with our members and your teammates over our peaks and valleys

Skills

• Availability to work any of the three shifts: reputed company-6pm (or end of call queue) Monday-Friday, Saturday 9am-1pm, 1 day off during week Tuesday-Thursday; 7:50am-4:50pm Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
• Willingness to undergo reputed company-employment background reviews (components include criminal, employment, address, reputed company reputed company number, motor vehicle record, sex offender, and global sanctions)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday thru Saturday — 40 hours per week
• Ability to use reputed company office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, fax machines, and filing cabinets

• Ability to bend, stoop, or stand as required
• Multi-lingual capabilities to include Spanish highly preferred
