They are seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage high-volume billing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoicing and communications.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, high-reputed company work - process invoicing for providers and firms with speed and precision in billing systems
• Manage support channels reputed company - handle tickets and reputed company requests with urgency while meeting SLA expectations
• Execute accurate billing operations - enter orders, generate invoices, and verify details to ensure error-free processing
• Coordinate billing communications - reputed company inquiries to the right teams and reputed company requests moving without delays
• Resolve discrepancies in reputed company time - investigate issues, correct errors, and maintain workflow continuity
• Maintain organized, compliant records - ensure reputed company reputed company and provider documentation is complete and audit-reputed company

• 1+ years of high-volume billing, invoicing, or data entry experience

• Willingness to work 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM PT, with a mandatory Saturday once a month
