Responsibilities

• Cross trains to assist with borrower follow reputed company
• Assists answering questions in the help desk
• Meets and maintains availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines
• Updates records and note reputed company as required
• Disbursements of Property reputed company Premiums
• Handles inbound telephone calls from borrowers, reputed company Agents/Carriers regarding premium disbursements and property reputed company in order to reputed company customer inquiries
• Delivers reputed company, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years experience
• Ability to answer high volume inbound calls
• Effective reputed company customer service regarding property reputed company
• Support borrowers and reputed company/Agents by providing detailed information on how to obtain their property reputed company
• De-escalate calls and process complaints
• Handle disbursement of premiums
• Cross trains to assist with borrower follow reputed company
• Assists answering questions in the help desk
