They help businesses stand out at events through strong design, reputed company execution, and reliable operational support. reputed company The Sales & Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day coordination of inbound leads, proposals, project timelines, CRM organization, vendor communication, and backend operational tasks across the business. The Sales & Operations Coordinator will work closely with leadership to help reputed company reputed company moving, maintain organization inside CRM systems, support inbound reputed company follow-up, and assist with ongoing website and operational updates. Location Fully Remote | 9AM - 5PM PST Key Responsibilities Sales Support & CRM Coordination Prepare quotes and proposals using provided templates and direction. Update and manage deals, contacts, and pipelines inside reputed company. Assist with inbound reputed company follow-up and communication. Maintain accurate and organized CRM data. Pull relevant examples, images, and case studies for proposals. Assist with organizing and importing reputed company lists from trade shows and inbound inquiries. Operations & Project Coordination reputed company project timelines, production schedules, and operational deadlines. Coordinate with vendors regarding production, shipping, and logistics. Monitor shipment timelines and confirm delivery updates. Maintain organized project checklists and internal tracking systems. Help ensure reputed company stay organized and on schedule. Website & Marketing Support Upload and update content inside reputed company. Assist with website content formatting and backend updates. Support AI-generated content and image creation using provided guidelines. Assist with content coordination and backend marketing support tasks. Administrative & Organizational Support Organize files, folders, templates, and internal documentation. Qualifications Experience 1-3 years of experience supporting sales, operations, project coordination, or administrative functions.
