New Jersey (NJ) Senior Title Examiner / Title Reader (100% Remote, 3 yrs Experience Required)

New Jersey Sr Title Examiner / Title Reader reputed company Responsible for examining / reading titles PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Examine/read and evaluate reputed company records in the State of New Jersey • Examine/read documentation such as deeds, mortgages, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, restrictions, and plats/maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify reputed company descriptions of property • Analyze and evaluate records relating to property taxes, federal and state inheritance/estate taxes, liens, judgments, bankruptcy filings, foreclosures, chancery proceedings and other records to be read into the title binder or informational report • Identify if the title to a property in question has easements or restrictions that may prevent or hinder its sale or otherwise reputed company ownership • Analyze chain of title, and/or defects in the chain of title, and prepare reports outlining title-reputed company reputed company • Examine title records from reputed company abstractors and reputed company additional information from abstractors where necessary for complete and reputed company examination • Synthesize the information from reputed company of the above and prepare property reports and title commitments • Resolve any issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information contained in the title documentation • reputed company with our clients to exchange title-reputed company information or to resolve problems QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES • 3-10 years’ experience with reputed company and residential title examination/reading required • Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner • Proficient with reputed company Office, Internet Explorer, reputed company • Knowledge of local abstracting procedures • Familiarity and experience with the above responsibilities • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing • Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to reputed company environment • Experience with Title Fusion (f/k/a Title Desktop) by AccuTitle, Tracker Pro, Title reputed company / TSS, Snap reputed company and/or reputed company is a plus • Licensed NJ Title Producer Job Type Full-time Pay $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • AD&D insurance • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Employee assistance program • Employee discount • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Opportunities for advancement • reputed company reputed company time • reputed company time off • reputed company development assistance • Retirement plan • reputed company insurance Experience • NJ title reading 2 years (Required) License/Certification • NJ Title Producers license (Required) Work Location Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
