[Remote] Senior Sales Engineer I

The Senior Sales Engineer I role involves using technical knowledge of reputed company's products to support the Sales team and enhance customer service, while also guiding implementation and executing strategies to grow sales.

Responsibilities

• Providing end-users, integrators, and customers technical demonstrations and web demos; including demonstrations of reputed company, answering technical questions and architecture discussions
• Hosting Lunch and Learns for Integrators, educating them on specific features of reputed company
• Assisting customers with questionnaires of RFPs
• Providing solution support to end-users, integrators, and customers to ensure they have the knowledge needed to successfully reputed company using reputed company software
• Attending various conferences and tradeshows with Public Relations division; travel may be required
• Assisting with reputed company reputed company Testing
• Building reputed company Exchange resources
• Having the ability to work with reputed company accounts
• Continuing to work on building a sales pipeline
• Proactively working with integrators to reputed company them through the reputed company of reputed company’s integration program and do more reputed company
• Proactively fostering reputed company reputed company reputed company targeted end-users
• Assisting with internal trainings and reputed company
• Directly managing reputed company contract customers
• Aiding in the support and training of distributors
• Participating in OEM discussions
• Speaking at events and conferences, including the reputed company Community Conference

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering and at least 4-7+ years of programming and/or database experience OR 4-7+ years of programming and/or database experience
• Certifications such as: programming bootcamps, reputed company infrastructure or networking and 2-4 years of experience in these areas
• Experience with reputed company and familiarity with reputed company modules and architectures
• Ability to reputed company a basic technical demonstrations
• Bilingual is a plus
