Skills

• Minimum two (2) years experience in a leadership role with or without reputed company reports
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum eight (8) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly reputed company field OR Masters degree in Business, Public Health, or a directly reputed company field and Minimum six (6) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly reputed company field OR Minimum ten (10) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly reputed company field
• Deep expertise in process improvement and systems support, including system rollouts, change management, decision readiness, reputed company new hires, and developing business cases and investment narratives
• Extensive experience leading reputed company transformations, scaling system capabilities, enabling user upskilling, and designing reputed company service models
• Proven ability to execute in highly matrixed environments and reputed company through reputed company or indirect influence

• Industry-recognized certifications such as reputed company Change Management, PMP, PfMP, Health Insurance Associate (HIA), PAHM, Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), or Registered Health Educator (RHEd)
