[Remote] Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a growing book of high-net-worth personal lines clients, supporting both standard and excess & surplus (E&S) lines
• Prepare quotes, renewals, and policy adjustments for home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, and other specialty coverage
• Deliver reputed company, concierge-level service to clients, resolving billing, claims, and policy issues promptly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury carriers and partners
• Communicate effectively with clients, reputed company representatives, and underwriters to ensure the reputed company delivery of policies and documents
• Respond to urgent or after-hours reputed company needs reputed company necessary
• Collaborate with reputed company to manage increasing business volume and expand the firm's reputed company

Skills

• Exceptional organization, responsiveness, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to occasionally support clients during evenings or weekends
