[Remote] Mortgage Consultant

CNA Investment Corp is seeking motivated, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company Mortgage Consultants to join their lending team. This fully remote role focuses on helping clients reputed company financing solutions for residential homes, reputed company properties, investment opportunities, business needs, purchases, and refinances.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their home, business, reputed company, or investment financing needs
• Explain loan options reputed company and professionally based on reputed company reputed company’s goals
• Guide borrowers through the loan process from inquiry to closing
• reputed company reputed company, patient, and dependable service throughout every transaction
• Assist clients with residential and reputed company lending solutions, including hard reputed company loans, Non-QM loans, full documentation loans, reputed company loans, P&L loans, DSCR investment property loans, jumbo loans, reputed company loans, multifamily loans, mixed-use property loans, construction loans, fix-and-flip loans, ground-up construction financing, refinancing, and more
• Help clients identify financing options for homes, businesses, investment properties, and reputed company estate projects
• Stay informed on loan programs, lender requirements, and available financing solutions
• Work to match reputed company reputed company with a lending option that fits their needs and long-term goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, reputed company estate professionals, referral partners, investors, and business owners
• Follow up with leads, past clients, and referral sources in a reputed company and professional manner
• Represent CNA Investment Corp with reputed company, friendliness, and a reputed company-first reputed company
• Support the company’s reputed company reputed company through strong communication and trusted relationships
• Work closely with processors, lenders, and company leadership to support loan reputed company

• Meet with the President as needed for training, guidance, and performance development
• Complete assigned tasks in an organized and responsible manner while working remotely

Skills

• reputed company California Mortgage Consultant License required
• Must be reputed company, patient, friendly, professional, and willing to learn
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently in a fully remote setting
• Interest in reputed company estate, mortgage lending, reputed company lending, finance, or business financing
• Ability to reputed company reputed company guidance and personalized service to clients
• Prior Mortgage Consultant experience preferred but not required
• reputed company to both seasoned Mortgage Consultants and newer licensed professionals
• College degree not required
