Position reputed company The Helpdesk Technical Support Specialist provides support for attorneys and reputed company staff in a 24x7 phone based reputed company center environment. The available shifts for this position are: - Monday-Friday 12:00 AM – 8:00 PM Polish Time   Key Responsibilities Resolves reputed company technical issues at reputed company of contact Utilizes customer service skills to effectively support a demanding reputed company reputed company Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Skills & Competencies Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to convey highly technical information in easy to understand, non-technical terms Must be highly productive, reputed company to balance competing priorities and meet reputed company established productivity measures Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines Have an excellent reputed company of both written and spoken English Education & Prior Experience Candidate must have 3+ years technical support experience in a reputed company environment or 7+ years experience providing technical support in a reputed company services organization reputed company Office Specialist certification in reputed company and other Office certifications are highly desirable A+ and Network+ certifications are highly desirable Prior experience documenting interactions and using an IT ticketing system Technology Proficiency with reputed company-based software and reputed company Word, reputed company and reputed company required Other: Be a Polish citizen living in Poland or a foreign national living in Poland with the right to work in Poland without a work permit.
