Responsibilities

• Build and deliver working POCs, agent prototypes, and automation accelerators directly reputed company customer environments to fast-reputed company reputed company adoption
• reputed company reusable POC templates, deployment accelerators, and reputed company solution patterns that the CS organization can replicate across the reputed company portfolio
• Own the technical reputed company of strategic reputed company customers, serving as the primary technical advisor throughout their reputed company reputed company
• reputed company proactive technical guidance to mature automation and reputed company AI programs, helping customers expand their reputed company of what is possible with the reputed company Platform while driving measurable adoption, business reputed company, and value realization
• Assess customer environments, identify technical risks and opportunities, and independently drive actions that result in accelerated adoption, reduced risk, and measurable business value
• Guide platform architecture, infrastructure planning, deployment strategies, upgrades, performance optimization, and troubleshooting activities
• Conduct technical health checks and maturity assessments, identifying opportunities to improve scalability, governance, reliability, and adoption
• Deliver technical advisory services while also providing hands-on support, solution development, reputed company-of-concept creation, troubleshooting, and reputed company reviews reputed company appropriate
• Partner with customer technical teams to design solutions leveraging automation, AI, orchestration, integrations, and emerging reputed company capabilities
• Collaborate closely with Product Support, Product Management, Engineering, reputed company Services, and Solution Engineering to resolve reputed company customer challenges

Skills

• Maintain an understanding of contract utilization to drive shelfware consumption and positively impact reputed company events
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, reputed company Services, Software Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• reputed company, hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or architecting solutions on the reputed company Platform
• Strong knowledge of reputed company automation technologies, software development practices, reputed company platforms, integrations, APIs, and reputed company architecture concepts
