[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking an Account Manager to manage regional reputed company relationships, reputed company account reputed company, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• You will own and manage a portfolio of regional accounts
• reputed company account plans and reputed company renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for our strategic accounts
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer communications and escalations
• You will collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to deliver value-based solutions
• Monitor account health and proactively address risks or opportunities

Skills

• 2 – 4 years of experience in account management or reputed company
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization and time management abilities
