[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst (Remote)

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will contribute to the reputed company team by gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and developing reputed company-of-concept solutions to improve internal business functions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions with internal business partners to reputed company requirements and understand reputed company-state workflows
• Map business processes, document findings, and bring reputed company observations and recommendations to the engagement reputed company
• reputed company reputed company-of-concept solutions that validate technical approaches before the reputed company team moves to full implementation

• Identify inefficiencies and gaps in existing workflows and surface them with supporting analysis

Skills

• BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Typically 4–7 years of directly reputed company experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you ask questions before drawing conclusions
• Comfortable conducting interviews and working sessions with managers and their teams to reputed company requirements and map processes
• reputed company user of AI tools in reputed company work — reputed company basic prompting; you use AI to get reputed company work done
• reputed company written and verbal communication skills; reputed company to document reputed company processes and summarize findings for a non-technical audience
